3. Ordering and Payment

4. Delivery of Files

  • All design files are delivered digitally via email or download link.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct when placing the order.

5. User Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of the files with their CNC machine.
  • We are not responsible for any operational issues caused by incorrect usage or incompatible file formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our design files.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At cncdesigninghub, we deal in digital downloadable products, which makes refund and cancellation policies slightly different from physical goods.

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Once files are delivered or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If you receive the wrong file that was not ordered.
  • If the file is corrupt or not opening and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • If your payment was deducted, but the order was not fulfilled.

To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us within 2 days of purchase with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshot or proof if applicable

3. File Compatibility

  • Please ensure that your CNC machine supports the file formats we provide (e.g., .dxf, .gcode, etc.).
  • Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility issues due to the customer not verifying machine/file compatibility before purchase.
